Orders are processed and made within 1–2 business days after purchase.
Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your package.

Delays

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

Incorrect Address

Make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Ryde 415 is not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as delivered. If this happens, please contact the shipping carrier directly.
