At Ryde 415, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’ve got you covered.
Returns
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible:
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
- Must include original packaging
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required
Non-Returnable Items
- Final sale items
- Gift cards
- Worn, washed, or damaged items (not due to our error)
Exchanges
Need a different size? We offer free exchanges for sizing issues (same item only). Just hit us up and we’ll take care of it.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Approved refunds will be sent back to your original payment method
- Please allow 5–10 business days for it to show up
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
- If the item is defective or we messed up your order, we’ll cover it

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
